Clean rooms with a great coffee machine. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming though.

location and staff are excellent.. In front of the hotel there are restaurants, Friday's and a Mc Donalds next door and a Spar supermarket (even a dog stand around the corner). Breakfast is basic but there is everything, friendly and attentive to everything. On foot you can visit the city and there is a tram stop at the door of the hotel, subway and train are very close too. detail of the lemonade at the entrance is to be thanked with the heat wave that is doing and also the detail of the tea or the Nespresso coffee in the room.. hotel is on the sixth floor of the building, elevator goes directly, from there down to the dining room in the basement or the reception. On the way back to the airport, in the hotel they asked us for a taxi, gives us more confidence, nice. For tourism. to stay centrally, I would repeat,
Maybe, the reception until later. But to be fair there was no problem. The area is great.

Perfect location on the Ringstrasse, charming historical architecture, spacious common areas
Internet charges are exorbitant!!! Room sizes could be more generous, especially in standard options. Some rooms suffer from noise disturbances. Old fixtures in bathrooms detract from overall comfort.

The location of the hotel was best suited for the purpose of our trip. It takes a few minutes to reach a huge number of tourist attractions. There are several wonderful parks nearby. Despite the lively location, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and smiling. Good breakfast, tea and coffee in the rooms. It is nice that the hotel has a smoking ban. Cleaning is very good and at the same time, somehow discreet. As a result of the trip, we decided to visit this hotel again with our grandchildren, because we realized that it would be comfortable here too with young children.
Slightly unsuccessful thermo regulator in the shower cubicle. We used to start the day with a contrast shower. But it was impossible to do it here.

Guests stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in early February. We were looking for the closeness to the Vienna Opera. Did not make a mistake) The location is wonderful (sights, museums, opera, cafe, shopping street - in walking distance, 2 tram stops to the subway and trains to the airport, which are easily overcome on foot). We were accommodated on arrival (till 16.00), having upgraded the room class by 2 positions. As a result, it turned out to be large, spacious and very warm. The room matches the description on the site, the photos are real. The floor is carpeted, you can walk barefoot. There is audibility (did not strain us). We did not take breakfast. Cleaning the room is of high quality. At reception there is a place for luggage storage.
The room has a stove, but only cups, saucers and glasses from the dishes. The beds are very, very soft. Shower gel hangs by the bathtub, and shampoo in the shower cubicle (fun). The phrase "We speak your language!" is a little exaggerated.

Family with children will find it nice
Had a spacious apartment, great because we were traveling with kids. The staff was super friendly , we got helpful tips about where to eat and even found a nice park nearby for the kids to burn off some energy.
It wasn't exactly a bargain , but you get what you pay for.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Some of the rooms were rather strange because the hotel is on the top floor of the building. Ask for room 1 or 2. Fab. Great location!!!!!!
The view out the window was of rooftops because the hotel was on the top floor. It wouldhave been noce to look out on the wonderful boulevards.

Staying at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for money... Incredibly convenient location, benefits of which were opening up to me every day. Next to a public transport stop, 2 subway stations. entire city center, Vienna Opera House, Belvedere and other famous Viennese palace and park ensembles, shopping pedestrian streets and many of the city's main attractions are within walking distance. Vienna Philharmonic and Vienna Concert House in general are just across the street from the hotel. beautiful Russian St. Nicholas Cathedral and Russian Embassy are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. close to Naschmarkt, city market with all its delicacies and cafes. (There, by the way, is a very "tasty" fish restaurant, "Nautilus", for all lovers of seafood and fish dishes, recommended. portions are large, you take half with you. We had lunch and dinner there more than once. Everything is delicious and quality is excellent... At the entrance of the nearest metro station Karlsplatz (across the street diagonally from the Opera) the supermarket SPAR... Close to the hotel, 10 minutes on foot, Wien Mitte train station, from where a high-speed train to the Airport - "Cat" runs every 30 minutes. Just 16 minutes - and you're at Vienna Airport! In the vicinity of the hotel (on the opposite side of the road opposite the Opera House), there is also a shuttle bus to Pandorf, famous big outlet in the suburbs of Vienna. You will be kindly informed about the bus schedule at the hotel reception. In general, hotel is incredibly convenient for all travelers, in terms of exploring the city, its sights, as well as in terms of transfers to the airport or train stations... attitude of the hotel staff is above all praise. It is incredibly warm, friendly and sincere in wanting to help. Communication with the staff is only grateful and kindest feelings.
Loved everything. Only thing good would be to add slippers and bathrobes to the room.

great location but minor room issues
The location is just perfect. It's a short walk from major attractions and near a lovely park. The ventilation in the room was excellent, thanks to the air conditioning and windows. I appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room. I found the atmosphere charming and cute.
One aspect to consider is the room's layout could have been more spacious.

The hotel is well situated on the ring road, 2-3 blocks from the Opera. It was very hot during our stay and if we kept the air conditioning on 24 hours per day, it did the job nice. The hotel is on the top floor of a building and the rooms are very quiet. The front desk staff is helpful, friendly and what can only be described as "bashful." An Austrian trait?
We did not use the food services at the hotel as 15 EUR per day per person was too rich. The beds are too soft.

The location offers easy access to several tourist attractions and is right by a metro stop. The spacious family suite came with comfortable beds with a third bed for our group, ensuring everyone had plenty of room. While check-in was smooth, the low ceiling in part of the suite might not suit everyone's preferences, and the noise from outside occasionally disrupted our peace. Noticing cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was a plus, especially after long days of sightseeing.

Our room was very cosy and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. I enjoyed the free wifi in the rooms and we could use the PC and printer on the ground floor to do on-line check-in. And I liked the fact that we could take our time for breakfast, staff did not pack evrything and rush us even after 10am.
